Criteria for exhibitors participating in the Orange Wine Revolution:

  • The winemaker produces at least 1 natural orange wine 

  • The wines come from vineyards owned by the actual winemaker

  •  Handpicked harvest 

  • All wines are made with native, wild yeasts 

  • No additives (like acid, tannins, dyes), excluding SO2 

  • The allowed level of added SO2 is 80 mg/L 

  •  The wine has to be unfiltered 

  • Spontaneous fermentation 

  • Bottles must be sealed with a natural cork 

  • The chemical analysis of the wine must be available on request 

  • The wine is produced in accordance with biodiversity and respect for Mother Earth

  • All the details about the wine and the winemaker are true 

  •  The notified person is responsible for the information provided 

  • Wines that do not comply with the conditions stated by the organizer can be removed from the exhibition area
